Reservations and Deposits

A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations at Snow Chaser's Lodging. A one-night room deposit is charged at the time of booking to confirm the stay. Balance payment is due upon arrival. Group or extended-stay bookings may require additional deposit terms depending on the season and availability.

Cancellations and Refunds

Guests may cancel without penalty up to seven days before arrival. Cancellations made within seven days are subject to a one-night charge. No-shows and early departures are nonrefundable. Weather-related cancellations follow the same policy unless a government travel advisory is issued for the Wakefield, MI area.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged when available. Guests arriving after 8:00 p.m. should contact the front desk to confirm arrival time. Photo identification and a valid credit card are required at check-in.

Property Use and Conduct

Snow Chaser's Lodging maintains a quiet atmosphere suitable for relaxation and respect among guests. Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors. Pets are not allowed unless preapproved for accessibility reasons. Any property damage, excessive noise, or disturbance may result in additional charges or removal from the premises without refund.
